Bio
Dr. Elizabeth Scheff is a board-certified OB-GYN and fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology since July 2008. Her medical education began at Fordham University where she obtained her undergraduate degree. She graduated from Fordham University Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude, having majored in Biology. She went on to graduate from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ in Newark, NJ. She then completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After residency, Dr. Scheff worked in private practice for a multidisciplinary group in Princeton, New Jersey. She then practiced in a private and hospital-based setting in Freehold, New Jersey. She is now at CarePoint Health Medical Group. Dr. Scheff strives to deliver high-quality care with compassion and care. Dr. Scheff has clinical expertise in uterine polyps and fibroids, ovarian cysts, adenomyosis, endometriosis, postmenopausal bleeding, contraception, intrauterine devices, polycystic ovarian syndrome, hormone therapy, urinary tract infections, cancer gene testing, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, primary ovarian insufficiency, and bone density screening.
