HRH hosts NJ Jewish Business Alliance for High Holidays Law Enforcement Briefing

Today, Hudson Regional Health (HRH) hosted the New Jersey Jewish Business Alliance (NJJBA) for a High Holidays law enforcement briefing at Secaucus University Hospital. The event brought together law enforcement officials from across New Jersey, as well as municipal and community leaders to discuss efforts to protect the Jewish community during the upcoming High Holidays.

The briefing included remarks from Robert Frazer, the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey. Discussions focused on security preparedness, coordination between law enforcement and local municipalities, and ensuring places of worship remain safe for congregants throughout the High Holidays, including Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

Following HRH CEO and President Dr. Nizar Kifaieh and NJJBA Executive Director David Rosenberg’s welcoming remarks, additional guest speakers included NJ State Police Captain Adam Grossman, Port Authority Chief Security Officer Greg Ehrie, and Ocean County Sheriff Mike Mastronardy.

President of the NJ Chaplains Association Yisroel Bursztyn concluded the program by providing an overview of the High Holidays and its meaning, and Jewish traditions during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
