At the Hudson Regional Health ICU, our responsibility is to provide safe and high-quality care and to sustain comfort for all patients. In addition, our aim is to support those that care for them.

Our mission is to provide the best possible patient outcomes through the practice of evidence-based best practices, compassionate and consistent team-oriented intensive care medicine. In every situation, the wishes of the patient and the hopes of those around them will be balanced with the likelihood of success and suffering.

Our department includes dignified end-of-life care if treatment becomes futile. Connecting with the family is extremely important in critical-care situations. We strive to make that connection immediately.
