Secaucus, NJ – June 30, 2025 — Hudson Regional Health (HRH), New Jersey’s fastest-growing healthcare system, today unveiled its new brand identity, hospital names, and strategic vision for the future—formally cementing its position as the fourth-largest health network in the state.
The announcement marks a milestone moment for HRH, which—just weeks after acquiring and integrating three additional hospitals—has emerged as a statewide leader in scaling innovation, improving access, and elevating care.
Now officially operating as a four-hospital integrated system, Hudson Regional Health includes:
- Secaucus University Hospital (formerly Hudson Regional Hospital)
- Bayonne University Hospital (formerly Bayonne Medical Center)
- Hoboken University Hospital (formerly Hoboken University Medical Center)
- The Heights University (formerly Christ Hospital, Jersey City)
Together, these facilities serve as the backbone of a dynamic healthcare network comprising more than 5,000 employees, 1,500 affiliated physicians, and a unified mission to deliver consistent, connected, and cutting-edge care across Hudson County and beyond.
Hudson Regional Health’s rapid growth is not simply about scale—it reflects a broader transformation of what community-based care can achieve. Built on bold investment, decisive leadership, and deep community engagement, HRH is committed to being more than a healthcare provider. It is a long-term partner to the communities it serves.
At the core of HRH’s mission is a promise: to ensure every patient, regardless of neighborhood, receives access to the highest standard of modern medicine in an environment that is seamless, welcoming, and driven by innovation. As New Jersey’s fastest-growing healthcare system, HRH is focused on:
- Extending breakthrough medical technologies across all facilities
